How do I check delivery lead time of a product?
Delivery to some postcodes and outlying areas may take slightly longer. We shipped to both East & West Malaysia.

Can I pre-arrange the delivery date of my purchase item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to expedite your delivery. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipment notification. As the item has only been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours for delivery status to be updated on our courier partner’s tracking website.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?
Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

I need my order now, Can GRANDQOUVER speed up the delivery?
Unfortunately we are unable to speed up the delivery. Once the item is shipped you will receive a shipment notification.

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?
As the item has only just been shipped, it may take up to 24 hours to show our courier partner website. You will receive your parcel within 3 working days.

Is there a way for me to find out the exact date and time of delivery?
We are unable to provide you with an exact time and date of delivery. Delivery times are subject to the product manufacturing time frame, your shipping destination, and our courier partner’s delivery time to your location.

Can I cancel my order after an order has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate to your cancellation request once the order is placed.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?
You will need to sign a letter of authorization as a confirmation, and indicate a second party at the point of purchase to identify the person.

Is there any domestic area Grandqouver cannot deliver to?
Grandqouver can deliver to all domestic areas. We work in partnership with our logistic companies.

Does Grandqouver offer international shipment?
International shipping is available for the following geographical area, however the buyer will have to bare the shipping cost, insurance and import tax incurred. Our courier partner will deliver your item according to the address you provide during checkout.
